What we do for you

We help mining businesses fix their safety processes through an off/on site consulting engagement.

Participation, Participation and Participation is our Mantra

We engage with your team to analyse systems & processes, identify issues for streamlining SHE system.
No new work routines; rather reinventing them by adopting a ‘Hands-on’ approach.

Guiding in development and implementation of sustainable Safety Management Plan including an
Emergency Response & Evacuation Plan is a key area of work.

Developing a protocol for emergency withdrawal and re-entry based on Trigger Action Response Plans
(TARP’s) and testing them with mock rehearsal is our forte.

We assist in creating a compliance management network.

The motto is changing the ‘I’ by minimally invasive training and safety awareness of stakeholders.

Dr. Ashim K Sinha hails from a family of coal miners. The enigma of mining led him to join venerable Indian School of Mines from where he obtained bachelors, masters and doctorate degree in Mining Engineering with distinction. He holds first class mine managers certificate of competency (coal & metal) and elected as Fellow (Institution of Engineers).

For four decades, he has been a field researcher, planner, regulator, and trainer. His contribution in the area of strata mechanics and ground control received international acclaim. He is an architect of National policy on SHE and played a key role in developing mine safety legislation. He authored two Hand books on rock bolting and safety management (English, Hindi, Oriya, Tamil & Telugu version) often cited as a reference by the mining fraternity.

Govt. of India bestowed on him National Geoscience Award -2018 for his seminal work in introducing IT enabled, risk-based safety management approach in Indian mines. In recognition of his outstanding contribution to Indian mining industry, The Indian Mining and Engineering Journal honoured him with Life time achievement award.
