The scope of work details the procedure for establishing, planning, conducting and documenting the process of review/audit of compliance management system at the mine with setting up of benchmarks for chronicling the improvement in terms of better compliance. It includes a mechanism to operate and maintain the system digitally with transparency and consummate ease; it facilitates bare minimum use of paper, thus saving precious natural resources.
